While Tracy does work directly for clients of her own, she also works with other Certified Appraisers on a fee split basis.

If you are a Massachusetts Certified General Real Estate Appraiser or Certified Residential Appraiser who needs assistance with your workload, I may be available to support you.  I work in the counties indicated on this website.  I will take an assignment from beginning to end or from setting up the inspection to report completion.  I typically write narrative reports for commercial appraisals and utilize WinTOTAL for residential reports.  You will have input along the way and both of our signatures appear on the report, typically.
